So what is the league going to do come playoff time in regards covid? They've been inconsistent all year.. making SF and DEN play with full practice squads, while constantly delaying the Pitt v Bal game because of baby Lamar. There were a lot of false positives early in the season, and probably throughout but after a while I quit caring. So if a team's star player has been fine all season then 2 days before a playoff game he tests "positive".. what are they going to do? My guess, depends on the team and player, as usual. What should happen: they play on regardless. These adults could've opted out before the season started, so if they weren't scared back then, they shouldn't be scared come playoff time. If they suspend players right before a playoff game.. insurmountable disgust would wash over that team's fanbase.
