Hill also dropped about a 49 yd bomb to start the game and another 15 yard pass. Neither were defenses or covered well...just drops. He should have had about 150+yds. We didn’t cover him well in the first half.

We controlled him better in the second half by keeping KCs offense off the field. That is how we’ll beat the Pats and how the Pats beat others. Their offense is very highly rated but not their D.

Keep Brady off the field, score TDS in the rd zone, don’t commit penalties, don’t turn it over and be smarter and out execute them in the end. Simple!

It was the 2014 Colts run defense. Pretty sure they could have put any NFL third string RB in and have the same results.

Don't take it to heart.

For as long as I can remember, this team can't cover TEs if their life depended on it.

They make 3rd string slow, unathletic small school tight ends look like Gronk.

So the thought of what Gronk would actually do is terrifying.

As classless as it may seem, Gronk getting injured is the only way this team stops him. So I don't really blame any Titans fan hoping he has to sit on the sidelines.

Bill Belichick >>> Andy Reed

 

Gronk and Cooks both have 18 receptions of +20, +40 Gronk 2, Cooks 7. You never know with the Patriots. I say Gronk will be huge. Amendola and Cooks will make a nice contribution as well IMO.

 

Pats have a habit of making unlikely guys big playoff contributors from one game to the next. In the 2016 playoffs they went big to Lewis, then Hogan, then in the Super Bowl they threw a ton of passes to a rookie WR during the 2nd half comeback and used White for almost everything else. This season Gronk went berserk against the Steelers and then was left out of the gameplan in another game. Cooks has single-handedly killed teams and then barely gotten a look other times.

They're just hard to draw a bead on, and will keep feeding the hot hand no matter who it is.

 

The only way to beat Brady is to keep him off the field. We have to be as effective with ball control as we were in the second half of the KC game.

If we think we're really going to stop Brady & Co. from moving the ball and scoring, we're fooling ourselves. But if we can keep them off the field and get a stop here and there, we have a great chance.
