Vince made the error. He screwed up. That little pat on the head did nothing to him. Everyone was crying last week over Odems pat on teh head being flagged. Funny how things change when the shoes are reversed (thats not directed at you, have seen it mentioned several times)

That was a really dumb move by VY.

 

The pushing/shoving as they went out of bounds didn't need to happen, but that is a referee's judgment call.

Tossing the ball at an opponent is a penalty 100% of the time. Always has been.

Could it have been off-setting penalties? Sure. But how often do you see the guy retaliating get the penalty? VY should have been smarter than that, but he lost his cool.

He'll get better at that though.

 

We just don't have a killer instinct. I can see 16 games decided by a TD or less.

Plus Vince Young needs to learn to keep his cool.
He messed up big time when he was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct.

But the trophy for 'mistake of the game' goes to Chris Davis for fumbling the ball.

 

I thought that was Davis who fumbled. He got ROCKED!!!! \


A lot of people think we are much improved and will be a force. I still need to be proved and W's prove that to me. Start with the Saints.

 

Being satisfied with getting in FG range will not win many games. Chow needs to open up the playbook a little more. Take a gamble deep once in awhile, maybe we wouldn't always have to scramble around at the end of games to try or get the win.
