Not sure if this was mentioned already, was it just me or did we get a bad ball spot on Murray's 4th down conversion? He wasn't technically down where they originally spotted the ball because he was on top of the player. Once his elbow touched the ground, he was down and the ball was near the tip of the hash mark arrow which was very close to the first down line.

I could see why MM didn't challenge it tho because we would lose a timouts. We had 2 timeouts at the time plus the 2-minute. If our defense would've done their jobs, we would get another chance with the ball.

That Green Bay win last week that everyone was having an orgasm over isn't looking special at all now. Titans are still the same crap team that can only beat other crap teams when they're lucky

We are not the same crap team...this team has been in every game late into the 4th Q....those crap teams of old were out the games by halftime.

it's worse now that we're gonna be winning 7 or 8 games and not getting a good draft pick on top of not making the playoffs. Rather be deplorably bad than just bad. Team needed to tank the season a few weeks ago

Take your misery elsewhere. Titans are on the upswing. We're in year one of a rebuild. We've got good pieces in place, we just need a few. You want the young players we have experiencing some wins. We've got our franchise QB. No need to tank even for the "more options" a higher pick brings. We'll get what we need with a combo of FA and multiple draft picks.

Absolutely, that should have been a first down. I saw someone post on twitter a side image of where the ball was when his elbow went down, and where the ball was spotted. It should have been a first down on the 19 or 18. Mularkey needs to challenge that, just terrible. Sure that doesn't say we'd of won, but 1st and 10 from the 19 is way better than turning it over on downs.

While this team has improved, it's almost upsetting because it means Mularkey and co are likely back next year. So even with JR having another offseason to fix the roster, it'll still be a wasted year with this scrub coaching staff.

While I'm not a huge Mularkey fan I don't think he is the issue and I don't think our entire coaching staff is a bunch of scrubs outside of Special Teams and DL needing to retire.

That was a problem most of the day. 21 points to open the game is certainly in the recipe for disaster. I like that they fought back all game, but that cannot be in the plans to win games.

No player wants to tank. The fact they are still (even if just mathematically) in the playoff race says they shouldn't quit on the year. The other point is, what draft picks coming out this year are the "can't miss" must be Top 5 players?
I don't think the difference between our #15 pick and a top 5 will be all that different. Plus, we still have the Rams pick which is currently in the Top 10, possibly going higher if Goff keeps playing.
