It looks unlikely that the Titans will re-sign WR Brandon Jones before free agency.
"I am excited for Brandon to ... possibly have an opportunity to catch more balls in an offense that throws more often," Jones agent said. Take that, Jeff Fisher! Jones has some skills, but his best chance for a big role is probably to return to Tennessee.

oh snap my neck ! Jones was awesome, better than Jmac. maybe the Titans are planning to land a #1 and Use Gage as the #2 and The Hawk as a # 3?

if the Titans are planning to land a #1 (either via FA or the draft), then why would they resign McCareins and Jones ? they trying to balance the scales or something ?
that being said, I'd rather keep Jones over McCareins

    I'd love to.

Jones was out shined by Gage and Roydell Williams in 07. He really started to click with Gage last season during the spell the McCareins was injured in 08 but overall through 4 years he did nothing special.

I would have him back but for no more than $1.5 mill a season.

A dose of haemorrhoids is more appealing than Jmac.

B.Jones is exactly what D.Mase was like. so yea he didnt do anything special, but he could be something

    Easy there Ice.

Fitzgerald has "great hands". Jones had an alright season coming off a pretty bad one with some key drops.

I would like him back but hopefully this is a sign we are going for a bigger fish.

I like Jones, and he's better than McCareins and Moulds put together at this point. I'd have no problem if the Titans re-signed him. I'll bite. I'm interested enough to let him develop a little more. I'd give him a small deal, where the team could cut him after a year if they wanted to. Jones may get it yet.
