What key pieces to our success are you talking about?

 

The league needs to give some kind of exceptions for this season. This is going to hurt a lot of teams.

 

There were two ideas I saw when we found out 2020 was on. Let the effects of 2020 crap on one year of football or stretch it out over 10 yrs.

We can sabotage the cap once, or let 2020 linger for 10 yrs at about $2M a yr..

I definitely dont prefer a 20mil cap loss in a single season.

 

Humphries doesn’t provide cap relief. Vaccaro doesn’t free up hardly any either.

Trading Lewan is probably a dumb idea. You know how difficult it is to get a franchise LT? And y’all complained about how the Ravens dominated our OL in the playoff game but want to trade one of the key pieces of our offense?

Butler was our best defensive player last year. Idk why you want to cut him either.

 

No team is going to give us 2 first round picks for Lewan.

29 years old, just did an ACL, history or injury and suspension.

 

You have to designate them post june-1 cuts then they save us $7.25M and $5.4M

so thats worth talking about considering both did little to nothing for us and we're $7M over the cap today

 

Key word in my statement is IF
