Gabbert was drafted into the best situation for all the rookie in the QB's, strong running game, best defense in the division, and yet he looks like the worst of them all..

On the other hand, I think you would be hard pressed to find an offense that is a worse match for Gabbert's skillset. It seems like it is all dump offs and low percentage downfield passes. He has little hope of ever getting into any sort of rhythm.

Bad play. But I do believe his p***y was hurt.

I wasn't trying to say that anyone on this board was wrong about Gabbert. My point is that a lot of people (Mike Mayock, Mel Kiper, Todd McShay) just to name a few, all hyped this guy up as the best and most NFL-ready QB coming out. So no I'm not patting myself on the back just thought it deserved a thread especially after that pathetic game he had yesterday. It was no lie one of the worst QB performances I've seen in a long time. And I saw the whole game. Not just saying this based on the lowlight reel.

No it's not too early to call him a bust because he was hyped to be better than Newton, Dalton, Ponder and Locker and he clearly is not better than a single one of them.

speaking of busts. I really hope derrick morgan steps his game up because JPP that is about to suit up for the giants tonight has 10.5 sacks this season.

Morgan is pretty much still a rookie, and he's still coming off an injury that takes time to get back fully from. Also JPP is playing on a pretty sack happy defense. But yeah Morgan hasn't been very spectacular.

Derrick Morgan will be back to his pre-injury level to start next season and not before that

Ehhh... Morgan giving you guys some false hopes. He's just not a game changer by any means.

We knew that when he wat at GT.

In that video up there Gabbert sounds like the Douche I'd imagine he is.

Morgan was never going to be an annual 10+ sack guy. He's going to be solid against the run and be around 8 sacks a year.

Anyone expecting him to do anything this year had high expectations. He was less than 12 months removed the injury when the season started.

Yeah anyone thinking Morgan is going to be the next Julius Peppers is crazy, he's just not type of explosive pass rusher. However I feel as though he's really good in run support, and will get a decent number of sacks once he gets fully healthy.
