Then Seattle should trade him and get something for him.
Anyone that wants him will have to trade for him since Seattle owns his rights. Or else Seattle can just refuse to do anything and he will have to stay retired.
I personally wouldn't give up draft picks for a guy with MAYBE a few years left in the tank, coming back after a year of no football etc... But some team might.
I think it's probably more the organization than it is him. Besides they just signed the younger version of him in Eddy Lacy.
No, no, no... he was definitely verbal about how they should've run him. THEN he up and retires. Suddenly he's open to a trade to play again.

The problem I have with that is there were rumors of him retiring even a year before he did. Instead he signed a one year extension.
I think he retired because he probably doesn't love the game or the attention the game brings. But now he probably could use the extra dollars so...
Marshawn doesn't need the money. There have been plenty of articles about how he's lived off of endorsement money and has just sat on his game checks.
