i realize everyone on this board assumes mularkey is just the worst but he has done well so far in TN, and is respected amongst coaches

 

I think he is stubborn as all get out about his system. But, if you took away all the details we know, and we’re told the day he was hired would have winning seasons his first two years and make the playoffs in year two AND win the first play off game, we all would have been on board. We are obsessing over what could be with offensive adjustments.
