Am I the only one who wouldn't mind

    bringing Munch back as the OL coach? He's done very well as a OL coach wherever he's gone and it'd also hurt the Steelers, who i have less of an issue with than many on here but still dislike so it's still a bonus. I feel like we have another Roos and Stewart duo but with a higher ceiling and he'd be able to get them there.

    Ties to the franchise and the chance to work with a level of talent he won't have much longer where he is would be my pitch. I agree this would be a tough sales pitch to make to him, but I do think it's a phone call you need to make at least as a courtesy to one of your franchise legends. I give it a 1 in 1,000,000,000 chance of happening but just wanted other opinions on it.

    of course I would love to have him back, but nobody goes from being fired as CEO to coming back as fry cook, In a few years.

    I'd bet he would take 31 other NFL stops before the Titans, then multiple NCAA ones, too.

    That HC hire was bad for us on many levels. Lost and disenfranched one of the best OL coaches in the process. It was a mistake.

    In OL Coaches, we went from the best in Munchak, to the worst in Matthews. Sucks.

    It would be great for Lewan and Conklin but don't see Munch coming back.

    Can we even go after him for the same job?

    What other candidates are out there?

    If he had never been HC here then I could see it maybe happening some day, but like Nick said above, he wouldn't take the lesser job with us.
