Can I get in late? Im going tomorrow with my 2 sons, they are 5 and 3 so I wont make it 4 hours with them---is it best to go early and leave early, or show up late and hop[e for a chance for an autograph?

I'd show up late and go for autographs....sometimes the first 30minutes is just stretching....then they go to individual drills...then do some 7 on 7 stuff and usually finish with team play....at least that is how it has been previously...not sure if Vrabel will change that

I think you are probably right. They said on the radio that Mariota was only signing for kids now. Luckily I have a kid I can get to stand in line, but why limit access to your most important player?

I recall last year he would stay upwards of an hour after signing stuff. Surely that eats away at his time for other things he should be doing

It's not just at training camp though. I have been trying to get his autograph since his first year and still haven't been successful.

For instance, every year on the caravan, he is only on it for one day and half of the day he always goes to Ft. Campbell to sign for the troops - which is great - but that one is always closed to the public. Then the other stop is always somewhere way out of the way from Nashville. This year it was in Clarksburg, which is basically so far north it's in Kentucky and at 5:30 PM, which doesn't give anyone in Nashville time to get off work and get there in time (his stops are always on week days too).

Also, back when Lewan had his own weekly radio show during the season, they announced Mariota was his special guest for the week. I showed up ready for an autograph and after the show was over, they escorted MM8 out the back door and he didn't sign, or talk to any fans at all. Just in and out. There were probably less than 50 people in there and it wouldn't have taken 20 minutes to get to all of them.

It just seems like the Titans, and possibly even Mariota himself are purposely scheduling events like this to limit the amount of people that get access to him.
