2017 Trade scenarios

Trading up to 5 for a RB? I don't see it but that looks like a nice trade for us.

 

Yea they have a terrible track record. I'm saying as sort of a bonus tho.

 

Seems like a steep fall in talent tho. something tells me the top of the draft is going to be much different than people think tho.

 

Best offensive lineman in the draft, best by a country mile when you consider it is a poor year for OL.

 

I'd prefer us to stay at 5 and make the pick. I wouldn't hate that trade though.

 

Stay at five, get a difference maker. Then trade up from 18 and get another difference maker.

 

I like that in theory. But with no 2nd I think that's a tough sell. I'd prefer we didn't give up premium picks from 2018 just to move up with our second 1st.

 

To which DB are we referring? In the teens, it's likely Conley... I can see Awuzie and White both coming off the board to 'the sharks'

 

I'm not doubting he wants his own Gronk, who wouldnt. Just hoping J'Rob is smart enough to not take a damn tightend at #5.. besides Vernon Davis can't think of any TEs ever taken in the top 10.

 

A second next year and our thirds from this year could move us up really far. All it took to move up to 8 from 16 last year was a third and a second. I am not talking a lot here.
