Their opponents had the same amount of time. Are you saying the B1G has superior coaching?
What I'm really saying is counting bowl games for anything is pretty real dumb. Some teams are hyped for different and various reasons while other teams are on a letdown. Some players are playing much harder than others than might not want injury because they are about to turn pro.
The thing I can guarantee is that during the BCS era the SEC SEC SEC proved without any doubt that it was the far superior conference.
Let's give these playoffs about 10 years... I'd wager real money the SEC walks away with 5 championships or more. Proving again, that's it is the best conference.
But hey, it's amazing how much you Dee Cruds Dunce and others that only care about one team constantly want to talk about conference superiority... hmmm I wonder why that is???
SEC SEC SEC >>>> NCAA NCAA NCAA
This NC game is probably going to have the highest viewing ever for a NCAA football game and not 1 SEC team insight.
Once again, if this was another year of the BCS, Bama would have played FSU for the title. Bama would likely have won that game and all the SEC homers would go on thinking Bama was the best team in the land and that the SEC was the dominant force ESPN makes it out to be.
Since this wasn't a BCS year, we got to see a playoff which showed Bama was not the best team like a lot of people believed.
What might have happened in some of the other BCS years if we had had a playoff instead? Maybe Auburn beats USC after beating OU in their semifinal matchup. Maybe Ok St beats Bama a couple of years ago in the title game. Things could have been different but we'll never know. Like I said if you're being honest, you know it's a possibility that the SEC may not have won all of those titles, then again maybe they would have won more.
The national playoff fraud. TCU your real 2014 college national champions!
Only if Ohio State wins.
TCU should join a real conference. They don't have a championship game. Tough break. If they did, and won, they would've been in.
Their own damn fault, technically.
You're making a lot of noise lately about OSU. Not afraid of looking foolish if this thing ends up being a rout?
oh come on.. the Big 12 is a real conference, they just need to get their act together. It's not like TCU is in the Mountain West anymore
That Mizzou loss to Indiana was shameful.. no doubt. But you can't call that anything more than a fluke. Indiana is completely terrible.
