I knows its still a few months off, but I wanted to get an idea of how many on here enjoy going to the Titans Training Camp each year. It would be cool to get to know more of you crazy Titan fans in person.

I have personally being going regularly since 2008. If you have never been, it takes place at Baptist Sports Park in Nashville very close to the ghost mall Fountain Square. Not hard to miss as they have a huge bubble with Titans logo on it. Camp runs in the morning a few hours then in afternoon around 3:30 to 5:30. And once or twice a week they have a night practice ending at 7:30 on a weekday, sometimes Sat or Sun night a few times a year. With random players signing autographs at the end.

But not all players who sign are random. One amazing aspect of the Titans is they are one of the ONLY teams in the NFL that post on their website (titansonline.com) which specific day of camp a specific player MUST sign autographs. Usually 5 players with a mix of old, new, and rookie players signing each day. The most popular players will be spread out so as not to create too much of a turn out. And the CJ day now is always on a weekday like Tues or Wed to cut down on out of town fans traveling just to get stuff signed.

Many times players like Britt or Locker will sign at every practice even if not listed to do so. They have a Titans LockerRoom store on site to purchase items to wear or get signed by players including the autograph made Titans Football.

While the autographs are an added bonus, you also get to see the Titans practice in person with all the Rookies hoping to make a spot. The same people seem to come every year, and I wouldn't be surprised to see someone on here who I have already known in person all these years.

Training Camp is a great time each year. I have great stories of getting to meet and talk with all types of players the past 4 years from Keith Bulluck, to Kevin Mawae, to Jason Babin. And I encourage anyone who has never gone to go this year!

I knew posting about Camp would be a good idea for helping others.

YES! You need to go. Great time for all Titans fans. Plus is always FREE.

Sometime in July, they will post the entire training camp schedule. I will do my best to update the dates on here for everyone to know. The autograph list is usually post one to two weeks at a time so they don't over comment and then have to change players.

If you EVER want to get autographs from Titans players for FREE and have a great shot at truly getting the autograph before the player stops signing. Camp is the BEST place. I have been collecting signed balls from each season's team. Also have a veteran ball as from time to time, veteran players will be there.

Usually the first camp is last weekend in July.

Generally TitanJeff and Titanium go with a mixture of others giving us reports of who looks good, what happens etc.

But reports from anyone who attends are appreciated.

Yeah - being out of stated I'd love to hear some opinions on how training camp looks. There are usually a few updates by TJ and some others (as someone pointed out) but the more the merrier. :)
