Most Americans regard any kind of mental problems as a result of being weak. It's unfortunate, because treatment is really the only way to get better. Also, people get way too wrapped up in sports team, and live out their fantasies through the team. They get angry when something does not conform.

Note: Not about anyone specific. Just a composite sketch.

All of the negativity? You mean the booing after the second interception? That is what started all of this. Right? My guess would be that he was so upset he didn't even hear the boo's. He threw a tantrum on the sideline on national television because he was playing bad. He was probably blaming everybody else and not worrying about what to do when he had a chance to go back out.

wern't there were you? thought not

If the TE makes the cut block then the DE is on the ground and VYs pick MIGHT be caught, no gurantee even if it hit the target in the hands.

That being said, in real time it looked terrible. Like he lobbed the ball to the DE. And fans at the game don't have the luxury of a couple of days studying the film before reacting with their dissappointment.

AFWIF if you don't throw your $$$ down for tickets you get no voice in how the crowd should react.

Quote from Chad Ocho Cinco's Wednesday Conference call-

On pressure of playing in NFL: "There is no pressure in this. I love this. This is one of the reasons why I do so much talking.... It is not pressure. Pressure would be if (President) Bush called all of us and told us we had to go to Iraq. Now that's pressure.''

Wow, love him or hate him...I can think of a certain someone who needs to hear that.

    :ha: really sly...

no, for real, and plenty of "normal" people can back me up on this.. Americans talk ****. Go to PA and listen to Steelers fans and Philly fans jaw on... go to New York and it's Jets/Giants... go to the Bay and it's Raiders/Niners... don't hide behind the disclaimer. There is no need. I know that I have a mental "defect" but it isn't a problem to me. At least it's not since I do what I can to treat it. Don't try to paint me into a box and say that I have a problem because it pisses me off that Vince just seems to attempt to blow ball games. I want to see this team win. My "fantasy" as you term it is to attend a playoff game at LP Field. Does it take a mental disorder to want that? I pay a ton of money each year to see that team. I drive 140 miles each way ten times a year. That's 2800 miles of driving. That's over $600 in fuel. That's the equivalent of driving from Cleveland, Ohio to Los Angeles, CA. I do that every year and have for the past 4 years. I've seen this team suck hard and still I went. Don't tell me it doesn't affect my life when I am as diligent as I am. All I want is a Division Championship to shut my smart *** friends up. I'm so sick of hearing the smack, the this and that... and what can I say? Oh, you'll see... wait and see and Vince will blow up. He's going to me a monster...

    my monster hasn't arrived.

instead, you know what I hear down at the Knights hall?

they want to know why "my Boy" is a QUITTER!!
    QUITTER!!
QUITTER!! A DAMN QUITTER? WHAT KIND OF LOSER BS TRASH IS THAT? QUITTER?

I heard a rumor that Fisher was already at Vince Youngs house that night and Fisher and VYs family had to wrestle a gun away from Vince. Thats when Vince jumped in his car and drove away. Thats why the police were called. Any one else hear anything like this?

 I'm just saying, some people take sports way too seriously. Like the Red Sox fans who threatened Buckner after he booted that grounder. I don't think anyone on here has that problem to that degree. I still care deeply about the Titans, just at this point I'm more concerned about VY's life than his career. Especially if DJB's report is true.

Im not saying I believe this....it's one of those "I have a friend who's a friend of someone...." stories that someone told me. The stories get stranger and stranger. Thats why Im asking if anyone else has heard a similar story
