OMG, what a coincidence! I had the same talk with one of my players Mom like 2 weeks ago! He's 7! He's now part of the dance team.

If people got this passionate in their personal lives as they did about sport they don't play and a guy they don't know, they'd probably be better off.

All I have to say is that article just made me think worse of Young as a team leader and QB of this team for years to come. Because he got rich with his contract and endorsements from his Rookie year, he has no need to play football anymore, and certainly doesn't seem to have the desire to stick it out when the going is tough.

Perhaps it would be best if he quits if that is what will truly make him happy. It doesn't seem like he separates criticism for Young the football player from criticism for Young the person.

Regardless, I wish him the best.

He's a girl. Maybe he can find a job at a flower shop somewhere. Afterall, he did make his money off a single Rose.

Seems you don't know me or most of the people on this board outside of reading their posts so how do you know anything about us or how passionate we are or aren't in our personal lives? I'm glad you don't have any opinions on anything negative or positive otherwise I'd call you a hypocrite. You must just watch these games and either cheer and clap regardless of outcome or you have no real connection to this or any other team because if you were a real fan of a team you'd have your own strong feelings one way or another about that team.

And I am, thank you :)

Here's the REAL DEAL: The guy gets paid s**tloads of money to be the guy he was in the Rose Bowl. There should never, ever be ANY indication that he's gonna act like the fat kid who always gets picked last in dodgeball.

I seem to be one of the few who realised this is...now brace yourself...a game.

No this is the real deal: It's a game. Get over it.

No, it's not a game... it is a business built around a game. If it were a game, they'd all be playing for pizza coupons and Turtle Wax.

It's not a game but it's built around a game? Good one.

And more importantly, how does it impact your life? And why do you get so damn upset because a guy is going through some tough times?
