Finnegan doesn't bump NEAR enough. It's extremely rare to see him playing at the line.

Hell, Verner has to cheat up to do it- basically saying "F you" to the staff because he knows everything is going to be underneath.

Saying our DBs don't have the recovery speed simply isn't true though. Verner has just as good closing speed as any DB we have, including Finnegan.
