    I chose Finnegan because I think this is the year he becomes a Top 10 CB in the league. Let's face it, all he has left to learn is how to intercept passes. He had 2 in the regular season and in the postseason. He has a great work ethic and I'll bet that the coaches have had him working on his ball skills.

    I've got a strange hunch that Brandon Jones is going to step it up this year...and if he doesn't well...he's gone. That's insentive.
