Im just curious as to which one of you out there posted that the 2013 Tennessee Titans will finish worst than last year... Someone whoever it was back in July or August pegged us to be worse this year, even after spending oodles of money on free agents and high profile rookies this guy said we'd be 5-11ish after 2013.

I don't think anyone pictured us losing the way we are. We are a far better team than we were last year, things just haven't gone our way. Bad coaching and decisions by players put the nail in the coffin.

I couldn't agree more....I think the two most shocking things we are realizing, is that I bet very few of us would have thought the OL would suck as much as it does, and also how well our Defense has improved. I think we are better than last year hands down, but the Titans truly need a stable QB and new coaching if they want to be competitive.

That doesn't negate the real fact we're potentially going to lose these next 4 and stay at 5 wins. I have zero faith that Munchak has the stuff to cruise this ship from disaster.

I simply dont think he knows how to lead men. These players aren't playing anywhere near their potential.

I agree completely...The last time I saw TRUE fire in this team, was last year in that OT win against Pittsburgh, and even then, that was Matt H coming through. Dropping so many games to division opponents and the back to back losses that were CRUCIAL must wins at home, pissed me off and pretty muched summed up the issues on this team.

Teams quit on coaches. They can lose a team especially if they lack motivational skills like ours does.

This team quit on Munch & Crew. I bet we get destroyed by Denver. One of those New England, Green Bay type loses.

Didn't Pollard come in saying something about this locker room having no heart, no emotion and no leadership? Maybe not said directly but he implied it a bit I believe.

It wasn't me. I was excited about the quality of the personnel we brought in. I thought we had a real shot at being good.

Munchak didn't (or couldn't) deliver IMO. I honestly believe if we have a complete coaching overhaul with disciple(s) of other HC's from power franchises with SB wins, we'll see a dramatic difference in what we see on the field.

This franchise is going nowhere if they keep hiring coaches with deep Oiler/Titans connections.

Yea he basically said the Titans team has no style or identity. Verner said the same thing.

And to what Riverman said, Id LOVE to dump Munchak, he's clearly under qualified to be a head coach. But in his defense his players have played like garbage lately.

Jake Locker the guy ultimately responsible for our team has failed us. He got hurt so Im not terribly angry at him, but still, he's not playing so that opens the door to Ryan Turnovers. Now THATs the guy taking the heat lately, but is it his fault? I mean who really ever believed Ryan Fitzpatrick was going to do anything beyond hold it together for 1-2 games?

Does Tommie Smith say to Munchak; "listen, you had some bad luck. Bud dies, your QB goes on IR mid-season, your teams faith is in the hands of a back-up QB and a first year OC, Im going to give you a make or break year under me".

I seriously think thats how this plays out, and I think players know it. I can see how that could in turn lose your team if youre Munchak. Know one likes lame duck coaches.

Sounds like a leadership and culture problem.

    Clean house. Today.

The Titans wont get destroyed. They will probably lose. But the weather is the great equalizer when playing Manning. He sucks in the cold. This game on sunday is probably 24-21 type game. The Titans defense is pretty good. Its the offense that causes the problems. But this is an upset kinda game. It wouldnt surprise me if the Titans won.
