But the overall sentiment on this forum is that we are god awful and will be for a long time and that is just not true. I would motivate him on being part of the renaissance in TN. CJ will get a lot of media attention which means the O-line will get media attention. We are a young team that is turning a corner and will be in the playoffs and multiple superbowls over the next decade.

The fact that he comes from Buffalo is all the more reason I think he'd want to go to a team that's actually good. We really aren't much, if any, better than the Bills. Sad as that is to admit.

Like I said though, hopefully he values money over winning. I'd love to have him.

Check out the other teams interested: San Diego (reason Eli refused to go there), Detroit and Philadelphia. Next to those teams, along with Buffalo, Tennessee does not look too bad.
