    i do wonder if they'd ever consider bringing back someone like Billy Volek.

    There have been quite a few young QBs lately that have started their rookie year with not much talent backing them up, and did just fine. It's just a roll of the dice in terms of injury

    a solid D really helps a young QB. Keeps the 7 step multiple progression reads to a minimum.

    I think we all recognize that Delhomme is done.
    But, he was a good mentor to Colt McCoy.

    Anybody endorse Matt Leinart yet? He's not an actual NFL QB but I heard he stayed at a Holiday Inn Express one time.

    Yep ha ha. Fisher never seemed to be a fan of Young. We see who was a better choice out of those two. I think sometimes we forget about how unpredictable the QB position can be. We could've had worse, much worse.
