Why would we not have our draft picks?
Anybody who thinks we would have been worse off with Peyton Manning is simply retarded. I mean severely retarded!
Congrats to Dunce Wayne and the confederate flag sig guy we have found somebody dumber than you guys.
It is only going to make you upset. I think in the end we need to admit:
This thread was from a long time ago. I was more saying that we probably would've went a different draft route with the picks we selected if we had got Manning.
We drafted a WR in rd one in 2012 in Wright and a OG and WR in the first 2 rounds in 2013. What would have been different?
What if Napoleon had a B-52?
Who knows? Maybe Manning would've made the OL look better than it actually was and didn't have to draft your homeboy Chance so early. And maybe the FO would've realized he could take any WR off the street and make them look better than they actually are and therefore we didn't have to select Kendall Wright in the 1st.
So PM is so good he does not need an O-line or any Wrs but we would be worse off if we had him. Real logic there.
FYI the Broncos used a 2nd rd pick on a QB AFTER signing PM. They were not totally confident he would be that good and wanted some insurance.
You do realize if we got Manning, we wouldn't have had the #10 pick last year? That's why I assume we would have had a different draft approach and the draft picks we ended up getting wouldn't be in Titan blue.
Man, you're not getting what I'm saying. I'm not talking about draft positions. I was talking about the certain players we currently have on our squad.
To make it clearer to you, if we had Manning, I don't believe Wright or your boy Chance are playing with us. Don't get things twisted.
Manning makes WRs and the OL look better than they actually are. Therefore, I doubt we reach for Wright or Chance, giving other teams opportunities to snag them before we do.
