Yep, he was outside the tackle box, he could have thrown it away and saved the loss. Rookie stuff I guess.

Good point Soxcat, my thoughts exactly. I figured from the 2 yard line they would try and punch one in and run up the middle on the very next play. Bad, bad play call Chow, which put VY in a tough spot, yes he should've thown the ball away though. It seems VY has a bit too much confidence he won't get tackled when people are pursuing him nearby and he gets leg tackled.

They got a tune up for the playoffs.

Do you actually think because he caught two catches previously, it is ok for him drop the next one?

And that play no one was to blame, McNair had to through up a prayer because of the blitz and Drew really had no chance anyway, however I do seem to recall a possibility he was interfered with.

How important would Momentum be if Brady was injured and lost for the playoffs? They'd be in deep doo doo. They took a chance and they got lucky most starters came out of the game unscathed with the exception of Harrison.

He is unreliable. He isn't a #1. I am fine with him being a #2 but I think Givens and Jones will be better starters (Drew is a FA anyway)

As for the initial question, wouldn't the Patriots have gained 3rd seed if the Colts lost?

    Yeah they would have

  10. Well, I for one in the ''heat'' of the moment, wish a player gets injured sometimes, so your not alone...
