Just because he mocked it doesn't mean he thought it was a good pick. All it means is that is who he thought we would take. Why should that affect the grade? I love the pick myself, but mock drafts aren't about who you think is the best, it's about who you think a team will take, good or bad.

Cooper was the first guard taken #7 or earlier since 1985.

Warmack was the first guard taken #10 or earlier since 1997.

Yes, he is a guard and is unlikely to play another position. However, he does fill a need and last time I checked, few can play more than one position at any given time. The Titans have multiple options for center including several who play center and guard, so they have it covered. Warmack will play guard. Need filled.

Very interesting stat and also shows this was one of those years where the offensive linemen were really good because there were tackles taken very early also.I think this will go down as one of the best years ever as far as quality offensive linemen in the early rounds. All these players taken early could have decade long careers.

Orlando Pace was the last guard taken at 10 or earlier when he was taken first in the 1997 draft and he had a 13 year hall of fame type career with the St. Louis Rams.He started 154 consecutive games and was the cornerstone of the Rams offensive line.

Pace was an OT and taken first overall. You are thinking of Chris Naeole who was taken by the Saints at 10. It was Ditka's first year there. The pick shocked everyone. Naeole had a solid career but was not a star.
