Um yes! The Vince Young brand is way bigger than Jeff Fisher. But neither of them will ever again IMO make the kind of money from an NFL franchise that they've made in TN over the last 5 years.

Fish could conceivably get a raise with his next team - VY will have to do some extraordinary things to improve upon his past contract.
The VY "brand" will take a big hit if he rides the pine more than taking snaps in the near future.

in 2001 and 2004 we didn't have a 1st rd. pick, in 2005 it was Pacman, 03 was Woolfolk. AH played out his full contract here.

The only unquestionable bust we had in the first round in 10 years was Woolfolk, with VY and Pacman being questionably busts.

    That's pretty good actually.

The Colts had their share of Busts and people no longer on the team, including Mike Doss, Ugoh (gave up a first to get him), Marlin Jackson, Gonzalez, Donald Brown, and Jerry Hughes.

So we had 8 1st rounders, only 1 was a complete bust. (3 were by some definition)

5/8-7/8 (depending on who you are counting) is not Lions-like by any means. 2 of our three busts actually contributed to some amount of success for our team.

And also, Vince and Pacman were just showing promise before their departure. Vince ended with 20 tds to only 9 ints while Pacman was a solid corner his second year and looked to be a rising star. But if you include all first choice selections in the last decade, you can add Troupe to that list with Woolfolk.
