Yes I watched it and I think your fooling yourself if he looked better, especially against backups. And quite frankly I could care less what he did in college, I said he wouldn't translate to the NFL no matter how good he was and I'm right so far.

If what I say upsets you so much then just don't say anything. I mean if you'll be proven right in the end as you believe then why bother to fight this battle?

Colts and Jags? why are you talking about watching preseason and then referencing last years games? You left out his performance again Green Bay in the preseason finale in which he played very very well. And we also played the Cowboys. Vince sucked that game as did the rest of the team.

Yea because God forbid I reference REAL games. Yea and he did well against Green Bay in the 4th and most meaningless game. Good for him. The consistency isn't there. He looked terrible in the Colts game and than after a whole off season based on 5 pre season games vs. backups he just doesn't look any better and I could say the same 2 years ago.

Then why did YOU ask another poster if they watched the preseason? They aren't REAL games after all so what's the point of talking about them. You reference the preseason games in which he played poorly but leave out the one in which he arguably played the best he has played in quite some time. :suspect:

You also reference the game last season against the Colts which was meaningless to both teams because he didn't play well, but had he actually played well im sure it would have been, "Oh that wasn't a REAL game, he wasn't against first string". :ha:

It's ok though. We all tend to pay more attention to positives and look past negatives of players we like and vice versa for those we don't.

What is obvious how much you don't want him in this team. I saw the pre season and did see improvement especially passing, when he threw an INT, he did not dwell on it and came back to score. But in your ayes he will never improve so it's like talking to a wall, bye.

Of course he didn't dwell on it, it's a meaningless game. And your right I don't want him on this team. I want a QB who is worthy of a first round pick and one who can actually throw more TD passes than picks.

So, is he doing well is meaningless because is pre season, but its for evaluating that he's not improving those are games are meaningful, make up your mind. But you already did. But the question is, has he ever be the guy to be the starting QB to you?
