He is a Titan at heart and a team leader.

I think we have enough ex-players as coaches...isn't really working out for us too well right now.

Not going to lie, I'd take him back. For a 1yr/1mil rotation backup deal, why not? He's better than the depth we had last year. His 3.5 sacks he got last year would of put him 5th on our team in sack. He's not close to the KVB we know, but he's a great leader and teacher.. and provides the nastyiness this team needs. I'd take him back.

Being an ex-player has no bearing. Most coaches played somewhere.
Just have to hire the right ones. I think KVB will be a great NFL position coach..
There is no questioning he was a huge motivator on the teams he played on - affecting everyone around him..
