That sideline show by Dez was ridiculous. A good attitude can really help your career.. and that goes for everyone regardless of what they do in life. If you are the guy thats always positive even on the worst days and doing what you can to lead and support your team.. you may very well get a pass if you have a not-so-good season or two.. but if you're that guy on the sideline who's ego couldnt fit through the upright and who's always complaining about his own self-interests and who's a locker room menace.. everyone is just waiting for you to have a bad season, half-season, game.. whatever.. and they'll all be pointing you towards the exit.

I honestly think people getting on Dez is a little bit overblown. I'm not sure his excuse was that great, but he does have a point. It shows he actually cares about the game. Some players just want their paycheck and don't care what happens. Dez cares, and I respect that. He needs to learn how to control his emotions better though.

I really don't have a problem with guys freaking out about not getting the ball if it's justified. They barely threw Dez's way, and I know the Lions secondary isn't any good. They could've had him involved more and probably won the game. Terrance Williams was targeted like 8 times and only caught 2 of them. I think Dez was targeted 7 times and caught 6.

Marshawn Lynch was pissed he wasn't getting the ball and rightfully so.

Btw Rob Ryan is with the Saints now. Monte Kiffin is the DC there. He's so old he probably didn't even know who Calvin Johnson was before the game. This is his first year in the NFL since 2007 (Megatron's rookie year). Even with all the film, I bet he had no clue what he was up against. He was probably all like "oh Brandon Carr has been one of the best CBs this year and Cris Collinsworth is in love with him, so he must be good." Fail. Carr is not an elite CB (Verner is better), and Collinsworth is an idiot.

I still think he took it to another level and kept going on and on about it. I just think Dez is mainly a Diva cut from the same vein as other guys like T.O, Moss ETC. Kenny Britt wishes he could pull stunts like this but he can't cause he drops every thing that hits him in the numbers.

Well color me corrected. It certainly looked like he was pissed off about something and I guess I feel victim to an assumption.
