I agree, but Lendale AND Michael Turner would be nice.

I don't think it will happen though.

 

at this point i dont think we have the luxury of trading for someone just because it would be nice, we need talent at a lot of positions. if we were the patriots and had two first rounds picks with fewer needs, then i would be all for it.

 

I don't think the number of picks we have or where they are really that much of a consequence. In 2004 we had 14 picks that really haven't done much for us.

being as the draft is somewhat of a crapshoot, you'd like to make a play for someone who has shown the ability to play in the NFL. and if it costs you more to take a guy with some years in the pros then it does to draft and develop a player for a few years, so be it.
