    Still even with a walker he'd be better than Lamont.

    That would have been me ;) he's 35 right now, but will be 36 by the start of the season for anyone who really wants to get technical about it.

    My main concern tho is the fact that he was cut by the Redskins, do they have another decent Safety other than Taylor? And don't say Archuleta, they signed Vincent so that they could bench him.

    Id take Vincent in a heartbeat... he can start this season and we can bring someone in the season after or our draft pick (if we sign a saftey) will be ready.

    I'd rather just draft a safety and play him from the start.

    OR

    Have Lowry and Fuller (and possibly Finnegan) fight it out if the coaching staff is satisfied that they can handle the job and do well.

    Troy Vincent would be nice as a backup/teacher for whoever we have...as long as it isn't Lamont.

    But as I said before there is no indication Lamont is gone...scary though.

    well wtf? is fisher in love with LT?

    and yeah i wouldnt mind puttin Fin , Lowry and Fuller compete for the job.

    still. Vincent could help our young players...
