Every team would always be happy to trade back. You just gotta find the right partner for it. I'm all for it.
Everyone wants to trade down and I'm not sure we do seems like this staff has a good understanding of the prospects.
I think the Titans will just have there top 10-15 realistic prospects ranked they'd like to draft at 20 (leave off Luck, RGIII, Tannehill, Richardson, Kalil and other tackles) (include doubtfuls like Blackmon & Claiborne) and just draft whoever is #1 on their list of availability at 20. Example: 1. Blackmon 2. Claiborne 3. Cox 4. Ingram 5. Coples 6. Floyd 7. DeCastro 8. Brockers 9. Barron 10. Upshaw 11. Wright 12. Whitney 13. Gilmore 14. Perry 15. Poe 16. Kirkpatrick 17. Perry 18. Jones 19. Still 20. Worthy
Not true IMO. I'm sure teams have different reads on prospects. Some may think 'player' will bust while others think 'player' is a real gem. I'm sure some GMs scoffed at us taking Locker at 8.
NO ThE TITANS ARE PROFESSIONALS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE!!! I kid I kid, but if you really think that was bad, you should look at our 3rd round draft history.
I think it's no coincidence in Munchak's 1st year, we had a phenomenal draft. I think it's a product of our new regime being much better than the old.
We can all hope that there are 5 players we want almost equally at our spot, and someone is dying for one of them and we can get a nice deal. But it also seems very likely there will be that 1 or 2 people we really want so if we trade down we know we'll miss. Really can't say until draft day and see how it goes.
That would be awesome. Nick Toon is going to be a sleeper and I'm not sure why he isn't getting any type of talk.
