Trade the 8th pick?

    Right. If we had a CBA with a rookie wage scale Bellichek might be willing to move up. But his practice is that he'd rather build with a bunch of guys who are paid like rookies to avoid having too much in an unproven guy.

    That, and Reinfeldt hasn't been one to move around in the first round, either: he takes the best player available, and then moves around to get specific guys in the later rounds where the cost to do so isn't as high.

    Another possibility could be Jacksonville trying to trade up if AJ Green falls to the 8th spot or even if they want to take Julio Jones before Washington gets a shot at him. We could have their 16th and 2nd round pick (maybe more) and if Bowers slips to 16 pick him up there and we would have enough fire power to trade back in to the late 1st round if need be and take a quarterback.
