Dan Conner has got to be on there too. Also, Louie Anderson's dad from Life with Louie would be up there for me, but that's just me.

    1- Fred Sanford
    2- Homer Simpson
    3- Archie Bunker
    4- Frank Costanza
5- Alton Benes (Lawrence Tierney - Elaine's Father)
    6- Dexter Morgan (TV's Dexter)
    7- Harry Morgan (Dexter's Dad)
8- Bill Henrickson (Bill Paxton -Big Love)
9- Nathaniel Fisher (Richard Jenkins - Six Feet Under)
    10- Tony Soprano

Weird list now that I look at it. Two dads are dead - or at least ghosts that haunt the minds of their sons trying to help them make better choices. Ironically Michael C Hall plays the son of both of these fathers and makes himself the list portraying a father - that you only see being a father in flash-forwards..

I couldn't think of one good father from either of my favorite shows Deadwood and The Wire but I'd take McNulty for #1 bad father..
