Rating these guys is worthless and just based on your opinion (however educated it may or may not be). The only way to make anything accurately or objectively is to separate these players into tiers.

Top Tier (in no particular order)
    CJ
    Adrian Peterson

    Tier 2
    MJD
    Jamaal Charles
    Ray Rice
    Stephen Jackson
    Michael Turner
    Frank Gore

    Tier 3
    Rashard Mendenhall
    Arian Foster
    LeSean McCoy
    Knowshon Moreno
    LT
    Shonn Greene

The list goes on. This isn't fantasy football, these guys have different skill sets that are valuable against different teams and some are more consistent than others. CJ and AP have proven that they can perform even with the extra attention consistently. If Charles has a lights out year next year and carries the load then he would definitely have Top tier written all over him.

Anyone that even contemplates putting Benson in the top 15 is ridiculous.

I rated them based on what I wanted and predict will happen. So what, wana fight about it >:( I dont think CJ will be a good RB based on the 3 year rule on RB.

If there is no football this season, then all the RB ranks go out the window imo. guys will turn a year older and miss a full season. Some RB's will get lazy and put on the pounds , some guys will still eat right but their legs wont be in working form.

And if we do start a late season, the team with the best Online in tact will produce the best RB, imo TN Oline will be worse than last year under a new coach plus no time to work together if there is a lock out all offseason.

    10. Arian Foster

I don't like putting Foster on the list, but he deserves to make it after leading the league in rushing. LeSean McCoy and Rashard Mendenhall just missed the list.

Interesting how so many people are putting Jamaal Charles in the top tier of running backs but leaving Arian Foster off of their entire list... they both had one good season, and Fosters was better

Charles had a very good year in 2009 too.

Look at his YPC average. Then look at Foster's. There's your answer.
