Interesting... Only D linemen I could see going are Mahelona or maybe Conover. Not sure if they'd do that though, although Mahelona was inactive Sunday. Unless they're replacing Laboy?

 

Definitey an upgrade. Now we have four solid ends: KVB, Odom, LaBoy & Fisher. Good move MR.

 

I agree! MR is getting a solid reputation for making early season trades throughout his history.

 

I'm not crazy familiar with Fisher, but I know he's been pretty consistent in his 6 or 7 years. I do like what MR has done, though... still have some holes and he knows that, but in the meantime he's bringing in some very solid players to be able to rotate without missing much of a step.

 

Hmmm... seems like a pretty solid acquisition. His sack totals from the last three years are pretty decent: 4.0 in '06, 9.0 in '05, and 8.5 in '04

 

I'm familiar with him, and he'll be solid in a reserve role. At this point, he is essentially a spell-player, but a good one at that. Like this trade.
