my bad, but when I put Hill at DB, I kinda meant 4th-best CB

For the record, I think Finnegan>>Herndon, but our coaching staff is too headstrong to realize that.

how do we know that?? Herndon hasnt even played and Finnegan is one of the coaching staffs favorites DB's.

If he was one of the favorites, he wouldve played over the apparently injured Reynaldo Hill. I know the coaches like him, but I still doubt they have him start.

I am thinking Herndon might start because I think on ESPN I heard that we gave him a deal that a starter or a NB at worst would make.

Learn to read, re-read and come back to me.

Otherwise don't bother showing your usual lack of understanding even the simple things.

You are the last person in this place to be calling someone clueless. At least I can read and comprehend.

    Back to the CB position..

I think a few decisions have already been made about the CB position.

    1. Hill isn't the answer. They decided that he is not a starting caliber nfl CB.

    2. Finnegan is a NB specialist. I could be wrong but maybe they don't see finnegan as a legit option on the outside. Remember donald mitchell? Great NB but never an option outside. In the past we also have had guys who only played outside like beckham NB is a specialized position it is not just a matter of plunking in your third best corner. It's also a more important position than ever so if you have a guy who is already one of the league's best there why change him?

    3. Harper might only be here one year. If ryan smith shows promise this season we may cut harper loose after this year. Harper is almost 33, you have to wonder how many good years he has left. We really won't need harper with herndon in tow, pacman back and smith looking good.

    Deluxxe..

I would agree with you but this coaching staff lately has been playing guys who suck. Piller, LT, a crippled sirmon. In 05 stewart didn't take a single play even though he was better than 2-3 of the guys playing ahead of him.
