Titans just waived Preston for LB Zac Diles
The Titans have signed linebacker Zac Diles to the team’s 53-man roster.
Diles, a six-year NFL veteran, spent last season with the Titans, but he was injured and placed on Injured Reserve in October. He played in six games, with one start.
The Titans are thin at linebacker following a rash of injuries in recent weeks.
Colin McCarthy will start at middle linebacker on Sunday against the 49ers after Moise Fokou was injured against Seattle.
The Titans waived receiver Michael Preston to make room for Diles.

What will we do without those couple catches a year?
We need a LB bad right now in case (when) McCarthy goes down. Had to do it.
I feel bad for Preston though. He'll either wind up back here or get a chance somewhere.
This guy had skills, but we weren't using him so I understand why we did this.
Anyone considering a trade for Britt would get a better player if they picked up Preston.
I hope he makes it back to the practice squad.
Hey the guy was well onto his way to being a good WR. Derrick Mason didn't exactly turn heads his first few years. I hope no one claims him, I want him back here next year catching TD's.
no not preston! cut fackin britt
I am not holding my breathe.
No Mason didn't turn heads as a WR, but still was good enough to throw out there once in a while during his first few years while he was a return man. Preston was brought up and couldn't get onto the field to make more than 6 catches in 8 games he played in.
I agree with everything here, besides your spelling of breath.
