Despite new contract, I still think Hawk-O is on the line to getting dumped when final cuts are closing in, competing with late round draftees and UDFAs

IDK about him getting dumped, I don't think there will be much competition honestly.

He's a great depth guy who has some unique abilities when given the ball in space. He definitely fills a role for us. I don't see him getting cut. If anything, Mariani might go before Hawk.

Ryan Mouton made sure we never release a returner. Mariani is safe.

The only guy who might have to worry about being cut is Mariani and thats a stretch. I bet we do not even bring in any receivers outside of camp bodies. I think I said it before, but this is easily our best position as far as depth is concerned.

I can't see Hawk getting cut unless we draft a WR 1st-4th round. Hawk and Mariani will be battling out for a roster spot then i'd say.

D-Will is lucky he wasn't called for block in the back.
