GREEN BAY, Wisc. The Titans will be without right tackle Mike Otto for Sunday’s game against the Packers because of an illness. Otto practiced all week.

Byron Stingily will get his first ever start. He’s played in just one career snap at right tackle.

Middle linebacker Colin McCarthy is also inactive for the fourth straight game with a concussion. Tim Shaw will start in his place.

Also inactive for the Titans: quarterback Rusty Smith, receiver Kendall Wright, cornerback Ryan Mouton, center Kevin Matthews and defensive end Scott Solomon.

Mitch Petrus will start at left guard for the Titans, while Fernando Velasco will start at center.

Defensive back Charles Woodson, running back Alex Green, running back James Starks, tight end Tom Crabtree, receiver Jordy Nelson, defensive C.J. Wilson and defensive Jerel Worthy are inactives for the Packers.

The good news is Green Bay's offensive line is just as banged up as ours. The bad news is it won't matter.
