All this makes me think of Gym Guy:
Sweet, I've got a vitamin shoppe pretty close by. Will be picking this up.
You might want to up your protein intake to help with recovery. Most of what I've read suggests you take in at 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight and many state that 2.5g per pound is actually ideal. I try to stick to 1g per pound. I don't think my body can handle 2.5.
And everything Ive learned says your body cant break down much more than 50g at a time. Protein takes a lot of water out of your body.
I've got a protein shake for you RSB
Careful, he may want seconds.
My routine is an hr of cardio 5x a week and free weights mon/wed/fri
I've heard the same. This is why many go with the 6 meals a day approach which allows them to take in high amounts of protein. I've also seen a gallon or so a day of water be recommended.
Yup sounds like we learned some of the same things in this department
Well it's whey so it is dairy. Whey=dairy.
That's false. Our bodies are extremely complex and not so black and white that we can put a definitive number on how much protein can be synthesized.
The 6 meals every two hours or whatever the hell that old outdated bullshit is well, bullshit.
