Receiver Lavelle Hawkins sprained his right ankle at the end of Monday’s practice and was limping badly afterward in the locker room. Hawkins said he expects to undergo tests. “I know it is hurting right now,’’ Hawkins said. Tight end Craig Stevens (hamstring), running back Jamie Harper (ankle), safety Al Afalava (ankle) and linebacker Xavier Adibi (hamstring) didn’t practice on Monday, but Coach Mike Munchak said he thinks they all have a chance to play on Sunday.
