Titans First-Round Draft Pick (#20): Baylor WR Kendall Wright

"Webster said the #Titans would have taken Wright even if Coples and Ingram would have been on the board"

Wow, didn't see this one coming. I don't think that WR improves the team as much as some other positions, but if the FO liked the guy that much, then I will be behind it for now. I think the passing game could be explosive with Locker at QB and the WRs we have now.

If we go DL in the 2nd and C in the 3rd I will still be very happy with this draft

 

Does he have a good motor???

Still a ton of players on the board. We could end up with

1st: Kendall Wright
2nd: DE or DT
3rd: DE or DT
4th: C

boom, good draft.

 

If Wright is at least decent and Britt is healthy, we will have the best WR corps in the league IMO... perfect situation for Locker to come into.

Big ifs though.

He ran a 4.42, and had the 3rd best 20 yard split in all the positions. Sure, he's not the fastest with no pads, basically being a track star. Don't care. Watch his tape, dude flies.

 

Trade up in 2nd and take Vinny Curry, Brandon Thompson, or Janoris Jenkins... or wait and hope one falls.

Then draft the best C available in round 3rd.

 

Agreed, a lot of players still on the board. Someone will fall.
