Titans agree with Ringer; rookie list updated

    RB Ringer Signs

    SUMMARY: The Tennessee Titans have reached a contract agreement with fifth-round RB Javon Ringer, leaving only No. 1 pick Kenny Britt and Sen’Derrick Marks, a second-round pick, unsigned from April’s draft class. Ringer left Michigan State last season as the Big Ten Conference’s 10th all-time leading rusher with 4,398 yards. He will compete with Chris Henry, Quinton Ganther and Rafael Little on the RB depth chart as Titans training camp opens July 31.

    It still blows my mind that he can bench 400 lbs and squat 600. I can't even squat 400 lbs.

    If he even shows a smidgen of talent he had at Mich St. in TC, Q, CHen and Little may get bumped down.

    What are his chances of making the roster? Or, who will not make the roster?
    Chris Johnson and LenDale are in for sure.
    Quinton Ganthers salary is the same as LenDale and higher than Chris Johnson.
    Chris Henry, IMO, is a flop. He's gone!
    Rafael Little at $310,000 is cheap. Can he do Special Teams?
    I would think that Ganther & Henry will be unemployeed in September.
    Just another note, out of the entire backfield, Hall has the biggest salary @ $900,000.00. Almost matches LenDale and Johnson combined.
