How do you beat the hair test?

You don't. You can't substitute out hair for someone else's, and there's not a way to get it out of your hair.

I do drug testing for a living, and hair testing is generally not used as much as it used to be. in the average pre-employment kind of thing. It is expensive, time consuming, and you can figure out pretty much the same thing from urine, at under half the cost. If your potential employee is a habitual drug user, it will show up in the urine.

Unless you are applying for a US government secret service job, hair testing is pretty silly.
