the ref with the best angle, the back Judge, ruled complete but allowed the headlinesman too overrule the call.

FWIW this play really made no difference, other than pissing off 65000 people, because this was the 'drive' that Kearn rushed for 21 yards on.

so the football gods evened this one out anyways.

 

Pretty much. There was definitely conclusive evidence. What's the point of even having instant replay?

 

Sad thing is, I trusted their judgment after they ruled the CJ catch a completion.

Good thing they didn't screw the team on both of them, or I might have burst a blood vessel

 

Refs have blown some big calls this year......seems to get worse as the seasons go by as well. Look at what happened to the Giants yesterday, that kept them from staying in the game.

Is Mike Piera (sp?) still spinning the bad calls for NFL Network? I'd love to witness his verbal diarrhea as he explains how his officials made the "right" call.

 

My bad, I think it was the Bears then.......Knox caught one in the end zone and it was called back on a phantom holding play.

 

Well, you won't see it. Blown calls in Titans games are not important enough for NFLN to warrant consideration, I believe.

The ref directly in front of the play called it complete, then the sideline ref said no. Apparently the ref with the proper view of it got overruled.

But to not call that a catch even after the review is obviously Titans hate.
