The price of gas in your area

$2.85 at the cheap stations $2.95 at your shells and Chevrons.

At the end of summer gas prices always fall. An economic trend based on people traveling during the summer and higher demand. Tension in the middle east seems to be subsiding a bit which has contributed to inflated prices. Hurricane season has been lighter then usual and is nearing its end. Oil reserves in the use are higher then expected going into the colder month of the year. All of these factors play into the oil price which drives gas prices.

It ends Nov 1st if I am correct.

 

Don't start *****ing: In Denmark a liter is about 1,75$, meaning a gallon costs about 8,5$.

I think that is one of the highest prices in the world..

No wonder all Danes have bikes :ha:

 

But you do get bargain prices with other ''items'' in Denmark... :gag:

 

0.92 cents a litre.

Or, thereabouts.

 

You Europeans pay so much because you let your Governments tax the heck out of it.

You pay the same per barrel as the rest of the world, but the Crown needs the extra dough.

 

To ship one vehicle would have been $7000. To ship 2 would have been almost $9000. One company has a monopoly on shipping here.

I sure do miss my Blazer. And my van full of tools.

 

But there mass transit systems are allot better then ours so it also encourages people to use the busses and rail system.
