Almost all these guys are white. Almost all of them are from the former soviet union(russia-ukraine)! No americans!

Boxing isn't dying. MMA is somehow taking some attention from it though. People would rather see 2 guys go at it drunken redneck style than the sweet science.
Boxing will last, once a big american name is on top, but that's what its going to take. Americans don't like any sport we don't dominate for some reason.

MMA will never make it because it will never be on network television due to it's brutality. boxing is dying because of the big paydays hbo/pay per view give the guys for contracts(thanks don king).

if boxers would realize being on national tv is better for them in the long run(recognition brings more endorsements) and there's an american heavyweight fighter near the top it will be alive again.

oh yeah, and every MMA fight i've seen has lasted 30 seconds with one guy laying on top of the other with his balls in his face until he taps out.
