I think folks shouldn't get ahead of themselves.

Vols looked great yesterday. Bray for over 300 yards again.

I hope they beat the Gators next weekend!

If Dooley drops this game to one of the worst Florida teams in 20 years on Saturday,

He should be fired on Sunday.

No excuses, win or gtfo

They should destroy the gators the way both teams have been playing.

It looked to me like they were doing a lot of play run practicing against Georgia State. I would expect to see a different look against the Gators. I am not going to crow or predict how well they will do but if they do well this season I will hound the dog s**t out of the SEC haters on here.

I really do think they will beat the Gators... if not, you obviously don't fire Dooley right away, but a loss to a weaker SEC team wouldn't bode well for him. If you can't beat Florida, you're not going to beat Georgia, Mississippi State, Bama (obviously), South Carolina, Vandy, and maybe not even Missouri.

I don't think you can say Florida is a "weaker" sec team. Vols have looked good...maybe better than Florida...but gators did beat a good Texas a&m team and they are ranked ahead of ut.

I feel really strange about this game because on one hand Florida is weaker and we should finally get a win over them. If we do win I could see 11-1 as a real possibility going into the SEC Championship game.

On the other hand if we lose, we may only win 1 SEC game again this year and may not make a bowl and Dooley will definitely be fired.



I sure want to believe but we need to win in the SEC.

Way too early to call UF weaker. They have played Buffalo and TExas A&M and are 2-0. We have played NC St. and Georgia St. and 2-0. I remember after we dismantled Cincy last year, folks were convinced we would go into Florida and walk all over them.

We aren't good enough to overlook any teams, much less one that is ranked ahead of us in every poll.
