Taylor Mays Anyone?

    Schefter on twitter says team sent out a mass email to trade Taylor Mays. I don't particularly like him but he could be the SS some of you are looking for. Again I'm not for doing the trade.

    I saw that tweet and if we hadn't just landed Babineaux I would be in favor of the trade, but wouldn't give more than a 4th for him. I liked him coming out of the draft last year and I think his value then was right at a 2nd. I think he'd be an upgrade over Hope.

    PFT is reporting the e-mail too. He'd be a better add than Babineaux for the right price since he's already a starter.

    at this point, the 49ers would be happy with a 2013 6th or 7th. This is a desperation move by SF.
