I agree. I think the Ravens will be the ones to take a chance on him in the mid to late rounds and he'll be a beast. I'd be more than ok with us taking in 4th-6th round if he's there.

As you mention he sucked it up at the combine and has been said to have a bad attitude and be a dirty player so he's definitely gonna drop. I'm curious to see how far.

Even though they're 1st round rated I want to throw in Hightower and Jenkins. Hightower is ranked low because of his injury issues from a couple years ago but he might be even more talented than Kuechly and can be a game changer. A lot of people have the Steelers taking him and if that's the case he will be a beast in Pittsburgh.

People are scared of Jenkins because of his off field problems but from all reports he's doing much better and hasn't been in trouble since going to UNA. I think even Yahoo did a pretty big story on him and some other site can't remember. He has the talent of being a top 10, maybe even top 5 pick. If he falls in the late 1st area or even early 2nd someone is going to get a steal.

I think both these players will be making the pro bowl many times.

Yeah, Ravens could do it as long as a veteran player like Ray-Ray or Suggs sticks around to keep his head on straight. Dennis Erickson couldn't develop him, I don't see a fit with the Titans since our D and LB's are all very young.

This is what I'm all about, these gritty, hard working, blue collar players like Locker and McCarthy. If it were up to me, I'd draft only the players with high motor and work ethic. It's not all about physical ability, intangibles like dedication and perseverance go a long way in this league.

    Agreed

I think a good example of this is Pittsburgh and Baltimore as much as I hate to admit it. They rarely draft/pick up a guy based on their "talent" level. It seems they consistently draft people who fit their scheme with high motors.

Mike Martin DT Michigan (reminds me of Klug only larger)
George Iloka (with coaching on his footwork and NFL workout program a possible future pro-bowler)

Pitt yes Baltimore ehh sometimes yes they really hit on Reed and Lewis who make everyone around them better due to their work ethic and leadership but they make some questionable picks of guys with character issues hoping Rey and Reed will take them under their wing. Jimmy Smith recently comes to mind.

Would love to see Thompson or Curry sitting there in the 2nd. even if we go DL round 1 you can never have enough good lineman just look at the Giants and BPA every round every pick.
